Brick Oven Pizza
Once you have a Margarita Pizza from a 150-year-old coal oven, you will never be able to eat a regular slice of pizza again. Ray, the owner of Blue Moon, moved his Grandfather's coal oven from Blue Moon's original location in East Harlem, New York. He built the new Cafe as a replica of the original.
Watch Will learn how to throw a pizza in the air and make the "Cooking with Will Special Pizza" in Will's Pizza Pizza Episode. When you go to Blue Moon, ask for Mike and tell him Will sent you.

Italian Sausage
Call Joe at T&F and ask him if his dad is making the sausage with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers and basil. If he is, order as much as you can. By the way, the mozzarella, peppers and basil aren't on top of the sausage. They're in it!
When you're there, ask them for the Russian bread. It's the best Italian bread around.
